Programs and Services
All of our HIV support services are offered in two locations, CASA (3045 Beyer Blvd, 619-662-4161) in South Bay and Our Place (286 Euclid Ave, 619-527-7390) in Southeast San Diego. Both of these locations are one stop shops for HIV services and information offered in a warm, home-like. CASA and Our Place offer assistance and linkages to HIV medical care and treatment, as well as providing application assistance to a variety of programs including Ryan White and ADAP.

HIV Medical Care
SYHC offers access to HIV medical care and treatment at two clinics, our main clinic in San Ysidro located at 4004 Beyer Blvd and our King-Chavez Health, located at 950 S. Euclid Ave in Southeast San Diego. Both clinics offer treatment education, dental and pharmacy services. Our HIV specialists provide services Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Case Management
The Case Management Team assists in navigating the HIV care system, including linkages to HIV medical care, medications, housing, food, transportation and other social services.
Mental Health Counseling
CASA and Our Place coordinate Mental Health Counseling Services which provides individual, couples, and family counseling for HIV-positive clients and their families.
Legal Services
The San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program provides support to those in need of legal services. These services are by appointment only, please call 619-527.7390.
Support Groups
SYHC provides weekly and monthly support groups in Spanish for HIV-positive individuals at our CASA location. The following is a list of all support groups provided:
• Nueva Vida – This is a support group for people living with HIV and their families.
Mondays from 6pm-8pm
• Art Group – This group provides free art classes for HIV positive individuals and their families.
Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm
• Women’s Club – This group is a support group for women who live with HIV (Women only)
Fridays from 11:30am-12:30pm
